The idea of this group is to listen to a piece of music chosen by another member and then discuss it - what it means to the member who chose it and how it makes us feel when we listen etc. Also to talk about the composer or writer .

It was decided not to limit the choice to classical music but to widen it out to all forms and styles of music - whatever the members find of interest.
